MyRadio is morally and legally reprehensible, as they have no respect and courtesy for PRHK.

It is an act of neglecting the existence of PRHK and revealed the corruption and dictation of MyRadio.

I support Penguin's condemnation of MyRadio, I appreciate his determination and perseverance,fighting for justice and never succumb to the forces of evil.

是法定的。

波政已不屬本臺節目，old files still exist, they belongs to the host, pleas ask Myradio if they want to release to you.

All programs produced by prhk are copyleft and open source, they are there free for download for sufficient period of time, but not forever.No such guarantee.

王岸然之前在節目中多番強調人民台，是網民、人民的。
王氏出個關台的聲明，是以什麼身份來出的？他什麼時候成為這個台的主席？這個主席是如何產生？
望解答之...
一個關台的聲明，是不是應該起碼由現時的主持人聯名出，才有意義？
佢聲明要關台，但又聲稱現時又一切運作正常，那究竟意義何在？
以前的節目重溫(如波政不分)又去咗邊？這些都是人民台的資產。
請交待....

PLease think twice before you decide to stop the operation of PRHK. What you are trying to do is extremely irresponsible and unfair to the host and audience of other shows that are still on PRHK!

They are well informed and we are still in normally operation until all matters are properly arranged, e.g. transfer programs to other web radio.

How irresponsible we are?

Are we supposed to serve ppl voluntarily even we are under constant treats and harassment? Be fair with your comments.

致人民電台：

香港政府於一月初推出「在數碼環境中保護知識產權」的諮詢文件，強調「政府致力建立一個健全的版權保護制度，為創意產業的持續發展提供有利環境。」可是，整個諮詢文件，主要只考慮版權持有人的利益，缺乏互聯網創作人及使用者的聲音。

是次諮詢對互聯網使用者影響很大，例如自動過濾建議會令網友不能瀏覽部份網站、甚至發言亦會自我審查，過度嚴勵的版權刑罰會令互聯網張貼新聞、相片、甚至使用頭像圖片亦被檢控，定額罰款亦會讓原本不會作出民事訴訟的小問題化大 (例如報章轉載) 。

更甚者，整份文件雖說是關於數碼版權，但完全停留於舊式版權授權，對於越來越流行的開放版權隻字不提。文件只著重加強支援大型企業對小侵權者的追訴，但對一眾小型、民間創作者卻置之不理。

以下的民間諮詢會，請來中港台的專家，談怎樣的版權觀能有利創作與教育，以及分享台灣推廣 Creative Commons 的經驗，再分析香港的版權諮詢。我們誠邀貴台出席及分享 (有大量觀眾發言時間)，交流經驗，以及將你對是次諮詢的意見電郵給政府。

Wish you good luck on the half marathon this coming weekend. It's a stunning feat to be able to run the 21km race in 2hrs 15mins after training for only 3yrs.
Unlike franzkafka,阿鬼,并 and hellokitty. I bet they would fall down after walking 500m due to lack of exercise. Too much chitchat on the internet.

Possible Reason for not connected:

(1) http://www.prhk.org
not http://prhk.org

(I don't know the reason, for most other website. Entering the subdomain as "domainname.com" would work under that domain. Or, it will automatically direct to "www.domainname.com".
But it simply not case for PRHK.org)

(2) There are still some traffic problem for connecting between the South East Asia region [including Hong Kong] and the rest of the world.

(3) "Something" block you away from the PRHK.org site.

幾年前,我偶然聽到"平息你的風波",認識"蕭若元",我欣賞他的風格和觀點,但已經係節目的後期,只聽了二個多月.那時侯,我時事新聞毫無興趣,因為他,我開始留意時事,因為他的"Cyber 日報",我覺得要學習上網,知道互聯網的重要性和威力,當時,我連點樣開關電腦都唔識.因為他講解自然科學的趣味,我開始睇很多"天體物理學,生物學,歷史...等,雜誌和記綠片.前年,我在搜尋器打上"蕭若元"的名字,因此,,認識"人民台".我Download重溫,很多過往的節目,所以,我一直睇住你們節目的風格,價值觀,有D乜嘢變動.
